Maya is the Lower Eden Farm Cluster Officer and is responsible for facilitating joined-up dialogue and action between farmers and other key partners in the catchment.
Before joining SERT, Maya studied Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security (MSc) and worked in the retail sector on sustainability projects. This included working with growers to improve irrigation practice across the global fruit and vegetable supply chain. Maya has also spent time researching Community Supported Agriculture initiatives in the US.
Outside of work, Maya enjoys cooking, swimming and exploring outdoors with her family.
